- Wash and boil the assorted meat with seasoning until tender.
- Add palm oil, crayfish, pepper, and periwinkle to the pot. Stir well.
- Add the chopped waterleaf and cook for a few minutes.
- Stir in the grounded Afang/Okazi and let it simmer for about 5 minutes.
- Adjust seasoning with salt and stock cubes, then serve hot with fufu, garri, or semovita.
