Ingredients:
- 1kg fresh okro (sliced)
- 500g beef or fish
- 2 tablespoons palm oil
- 1 cup chopped ugu (fluted pumpkin)
- 2 tablespoons ground crayfish
- 2 seasoning cubes
- Salt & pepper (to taste)
- 1 onion (chopped)
Instructions:
- Boil the beef or fish with seasoning cubes, salt, and onions until tender.
- Add palm oil and ground crayfish, then stir well.
- Add the sliced okro and cook for about 5 minutes.
- Stir in the chopped ugu, adjust seasoning, and cook for another 2 minutes.
